Not Right? We'll Make It Right.

We want you to be completely satisfied with what you receive. If for any reason something isn't right — wrong size, damaged item, change of plans — we're not going to make the process painful. Here's everything you need to know, stated plainly.

What Can Be Returned

Items are eligible for return if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Tyres that have been mounted or driven on cannot be accepted as returns, unless they arrived faulty or damaged — in which case, we absolutely want to hear from you.

You have 90 business days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. We think that's more than fair — and we mean it. We'd rather you take your time and feel confident than rush and regret it.

How to Start a Return

Step 1 — Contact Us Email us at support@elmerstires.com or call +44 161 524 7485 with your order number and a brief description of the reason for return. We'll respond quickly.

Step 2 — Receive Return Instructions We'll send you clear return instructions, including the return address and any specific packaging guidance. Please don't send anything back before hearing from us — it helps avoid confusion.

Step 3 — Ship It Back Pack the item securely and send it back using a tracked service. Please hold onto your tracking receipt until the return is confirmed on our end.

Step 4 — Refund Issued Once we've received and inspected the item, we'll process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds are issued back to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when it's done.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrived damaged or is clearly defective, please photograph it and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We'll prioritise your case and arrange a replacement or full refund — whichever you prefer. The return postage in this case is on us.

A Note on Refund Timing

We process refunds within 10 business days of receiving your return. Your bank or card provider may then take a few additional days to reflect the amount in your account — this is outside our control, but if you're concerned, feel free to get in touch.
