Getting Your Order to Your Door
We know that when you order a set of tyres, you're probably not doing it for fun — you need them, and you need them in good time. That's why we've built our shipping process around honest timelines and careful handling, not empty promises.
Order Handling & Dispatch: 1 – 2 business days
Estimated Delivery: 3 – 5 business days
Total Estimated Arrival: 4 – 7 business days
How It Works
Once your order comes through, our team picks it up and starts preparing it for dispatch — this usually takes one to two business days. We inspect every item before it leaves us, because tyres are safety-critical goods and we don't cut corners on that. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes three to five business days.
Please Keep In Mind
Business days mean Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays. An order placed on a Friday afternoon will begin processing the following Monday morning — just so you can plan accordingly.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking reference. Pop over to our Track Your Order page anytime to see exactly where things stand.
Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. We ship to addresses across the United Kingdom. If you need to change a delivery address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@elmerstires.com or +44 161 524 7485 — we'll do what we can, but once an order is dispatched, changes may not be possible.
Damaged in Transit?
It's rare, but it happens. If your order arrives damaged, please take photos right away and email us at support@elmerstires.com within 48 hours of delivery. We'll sort it out — no fuss, no lengthy back-and-forth.
