The Rules of Doing Business Together

We've tried to write these terms as clearly as we can. They're not here to trap you in legal small print — they're here so that both sides know what to expect from one another. If something here isn't clear, just ask us.

1. About Us

2. Orders & Contract

When you place an order, you're making an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you an order confirmation email. At that point, a contract exists between us. We reserve the right to decline an order in exceptional circumstances — for example, if an item turns out to be out of stock — in which case you'll receive a full refund promptly.

3. Pricing

All prices are shown in British Pounds Sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to ensure prices are correct, but if an error occurs, we'll contact you before processing your order. You are under no obligation to proceed at the incorrect price.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 1 – 2 business days and deliver within 3 – 5 business days thereafter. These are estimates, not guarantees — courier delays can happen, especially during busy periods. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.

5. Returns & Refunds

You have 90 business days from delivery to return an eligible item. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of us receiving the return. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for full details.

6. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. You are always entitled to the protections provided by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable legislation.

7. Liability

We are responsible for providing products that match their description and are free from defects. We are not liable for losses that are not a foreseeable consequence of our actions, or for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control. Our liability is in all cases limited to the value of your order.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Elmerstires LTD. You may not reproduce or use any of it without our written permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the date your order was placed. We'd encourage you to check this page occasionally if you shop with us regularly.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
