At Elmer's Tires, we stand firmly behind the quality of every product we sell. We understand that shower products need to be reliable, durable, and built to last. That is why we back every purchase with a clear and straightforward warranty.

1. What Our Warranty Covers

Our warranty covers the following issues that occur under normal use:

  • Manufacturing defects — faults present in the product at the time of purchase

  • Material failure — products that crack, break, or deteriorate under normal use

  • Functional defects — products that do not work as described or advertised

  • Products that arrive damaged or broken due to shipping

2. Warranty Period

All products sold at Elmer's Tires come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery. During this period, we will repair, replace, or refund any product that develops a covered defect, at no cost to you.

In addition to our warranty, customers in the United Kingdom are protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which entitles you to products that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

3. What Is Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper installation

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Damage caused by failure to follow the product care instructions

  • Products that have been modified or altered

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the product's function

4. How to Make a Warranty Claim

Making a warranty claim is simple and stress-free. Just follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@elmerstires.com with the subject line: "Warranty Claim – Order #[your order number]"

  2. Describe the issue clearly and include photos or a short video if possible

  3. Our team will review your claim within 1–2 business days

  4. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you

5. Replacement Process

If your product qualifies for a replacement under our warranty, we will ship the replacement item to you free of charge. In most cases, you will not need to return the defective item — we will ask you to confirm this on a case-by-case basis.

Replacements are typically dispatched within 2–5 business days after your claim is approved. You will receive a tracking number by email once your replacement has shipped.

6. Refunds Under Warranty

If a suitable replacement is not available or you prefer a refund, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of claim approval.

7. Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Warranty Policy limits or replaces your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law. If you are unhappy with the outcome of your warranty claim, you may contact Citizens Advice or the UK's Consumer Rights Helpline for further guidance.
