Thank you for your interest in partnering with Elmer's Tires. We welcome wholesale enquiries from retailers, interior designers, hotel groups, property developers, and any business looking to source quality shower products in bulk.

1. Who Can Apply for Wholesale?

Our wholesale programme is open to:

  • Registered businesses with a valid business registration number or VAT number

  • Retail stores (online or physical) looking to stock our products

  • Hotels, guesthouses, serviced apartments, and hospitality businesses

  • Interior designers and property developers

  • Distributors and resellers in the UK and beyond

2. Minimum Order Quantities

To qualify for wholesale pricing, the following minimum order quantities apply:

  • Minimum first order: £500 GBP (retail value)

  • Minimum reorder: £300 GBP (retail value)

These minimums ensure we can offer you the best possible pricing while maintaining our service standards. For very large orders, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

3. Wholesale Pricing & Discounts

Wholesale customers enjoy exclusive pricing that is not available to the general public. Discount tiers are structured as follows:

  • Orders of £500–£1,499: 20% off standard retail prices

  • Orders of £1,500–£4,999: 30% off standard retail prices

  • Orders of £5,000 and above: 40% off standard retail prices + dedicated account manager

Prices are quoted in GBP (£). Discounts are applied automatically once your wholesale account has been approved.

4. How to Apply

Applying for a wholesale account is straightforward:

  1. Email us at support@elmerstires.com with the subject line: "Wholesale Application"

  2. Include your business name, website or social media link, business registration number, and a brief description of your business

  3. Our team will review your application within 2–3 business days

  4. Once approved, you will receive access to our wholesale pricing and a dedicated ordering process

5. Payment Terms

Wholesale orders require full payment upfront for new accounts. After a successful trading history of three or more orders, we may offer net-30 payment terms at our discretion. We accept bank transfers (BACS), credit/debit cards, and PayPal for wholesale orders.

6. Shipping for Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders are shipped via tracked courier services. Shipping costs will be quoted based on the size and weight of your order and your delivery location. For very large orders, we can arrange pallet delivery. Lead times for wholesale orders are typically 5–10 business days after payment is confirmed.

7. Returns & Defective Products

We take quality seriously. If any items in your wholesale order arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the affected items. We will arrange replacements or issue a credit note promptly. Please note that wholesale orders cannot be returned for change of mind.

8. Branding & White Label

We offer white label and custom branding options for qualifying wholesale partners. If you are interested in selling our products under your own brand, please mention this in your application email and we will be happy to discuss the possibilities.

9. Confidentiality

Wholesale pricing and terms are strictly confidential and provided exclusively to approved wholesale partners. By participating in our wholesale programme, you agree not to disclose our pricing or terms to third parties.
